Location & Directions

My office is located in Circle of Peace Church at 8430 W Deer Valley Rd. Peoria, AZ 85382.  It is close to the corner of North 83rd Ave and W Deer Valley Road.  

When you arrive, park in the front lot along W Deer Valley, walk up the sidewalk to center archway and through the double doors. Inside the double doors you will find administrative desks and the waiting room.  I encourage you to come a few minutes early to collect your thoughts and relax before your appointment.  Make yourself comfortable and I will meet you at our scheduled time.
